II General data processing
1. scope of the processing of personal data
We only process users' personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website and our content and services. Users' personal data is only processed with their consent. An exception applies in cases where prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and processing of the data is permitted by law.
2 Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for personal data for one or more specific purposes, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis if the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data if a legitimate interest of our company or a third party is to be protected, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail.
3 Data erasure and storage duration
Data stored by us will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply and no statutory retention periods apply. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. Data may also be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a prescribed storage period expires, unless further storage of the data would be necessary for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.
If the user's request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), there is a right to erasure of personal data.
III. Access data and creation of log files
Every time our website is called up, the system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer and saves them as server log files on the website server due to a legitimate interest on our part in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user. In addition, we use the data to optimize our website and the security of our information technology systems. In this context, there is no evaluation of the data for marketing purposes. The following data is collected here:
- visited website,
- information about the browser type and version used,
- the operating system used by the user,
- IP address used by the users,

- source/reference from which the user's system reaches our website,
- Websites that are called up by the user's system via our website,
- amount of data sent in bytes,
- language and version of the browser software,
- Names of downloaded files.
The log files contain IP addresses or other data that enable assignment to users. This could be the case, for example, if the link to the website from which users arrive at the website or the link to the website to which users navigate contains personal data. The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Storage that goes beyond this is possible, but in this case the IP addresses of the users will be deleted or alienated so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling users. If data have to be kept for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.
